| | | | | HSE has launched a public consultation to amend the Control of Lead at Work Regulations 2002 (CLAW). The consultation is now open for comments and is relevant to employers and those directly involved in sectors that use lead. HSE is seeking stakeholder views on proposals relating to: - monitoring and lowering the blood lead exposure levels in CLAW
- amending the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) and guidance
We are also taking the opportunity to gather evidence on 'lead in air' monitoring.
